Heating and Cooling Improvements

Enjoy year-round savings and comfort

Looking to take steps toward lower energy bills and a more comfortable home? You’re on the right path. With Heating and Cooling Improvements from the Home Performance Program, you have a menu of energy-saving options to choose from, including a new furnace or boiler.

Your benefits:

  • Lower energy bills
  • Improved home comfort
  • Financial incentives
  • Technical support

Receive incentives for each individual improvement, or make multiple upgrades at once and increase your incentives. When you consider heating and cooling accounts for nearly half of the average home’s energy usage, it’s easy to see how the right mix of improvements can deliver sizable savings.

Signs its time for an upgrade:

  • Your heating and cooling equipment is unreliable, inefficient, or over 15 years old.
  • You’ve noticed excessive blower noises, or sporadic pops, bangs, or rattles from your furnace.
  • Your energy bills have gone up.
  • Your home is cold and uncomfortable.
