Five Focus on Energy Partners Win Century Club Award

Award Recognizes Assessors Surpassing 100 Home Energy Score Projects in a Single Year

Madison, WI – Focus on Energy is proud to announce five energy assessors it partners with in Wisconsin have been awarded the U.S. Department of Energy’s Home Energy Score Century Club Award, which recognizes companies that have completed 100 or more Home Energy Scores in a single year.

The assessors who received the award include:

  • Jamison Knowlton, On Site Performance testing, LLC - Chippewa Falls, WI
  • Mike Lea, Alternative Resource Management, LLC - Augusta, WI
  • Brian Kendzor, Home Perfect Company - Grafton, WI
  • Devin Hawthrone, Weatherization Services, LLC - Milwaukee, WI
  • Matthew Kranich, Racine Home Insulator, LLC – Waterford, WI

All five work with customers of Focus on Energy’s Home Performance program. They are among the roughly 140 assessors honored with the award nationwide this year.

“We are truly excited that these individuals were acknowledged by the U.S. Department of Energy,” said Scott Yee, Focus on Energy’s Residential Portfolio Manager. “They and their companies have made significant strides in helping Wisconsin residents lower their utility bills and save energy.”

Through its Home Performance program, Focus on Energy pairs homeowners with trained contractors to conduct Home Energy Scores and make recommended energy-saving improvements.
