The Focus on Energy Operational Procedures Guide (Guide) provides procedural guidance to the Administrator and Implementers on how to conduct the Focus on Energy Program (Focus).
This guide is intended to:

1. Provide detailed explanations to the Administrator and Implementers on how to perform a certain Focus on Energy activity (e.g., submitting invoices; creating new measures; submitting marketing material for approval).
2. Identify the Administrator point of contact for each procedure.
3. Provide links to related documents and resources.
