Aaron Keil, with W.A. Roosevelt, located in La Crosse, WI reached out to Focus on Energy at the end of the 2013 to ask about the Business Incentive Program’s lighting incentives. After working with a Focus on Energy representative, Aaron and the representative spoke again at the start of the New Year when the new electronic version of the Lighting Incentive Catalog was launched. Aaron was walked through the Lighting Catalog, so that he was able to provide better assurance to his customer, La Crosse Sign. La Crosse Sign was then notified of the incentive amount available to them, as well as how long it would take to process their incentive.

After La Crosse Sign replaced 39 400-watt metal halide fixtures with 39 six-lamp T8 high bay fixtures, Aaron helped the customer complete the Lighting Incentive Application. He submitted the application for the customer along with a copy of the final itemized invoice. The application was completed perfectly. La Crosse Sign later received an incentive check from Focus on Energy for $2,340.

Later, Aaron invited a Focus on Energy representative to the W.A. Roosevelt office to meet with their internal and external salesforce. The Focus on Energy representative was able to give them an updated lesson on the Business Incentive Catalog and other program offerings.
