These increases on selected energy-efficient upgrades average 30% more than 2024 and are some of our largest year-to-year incentive increases in Focus on Energy’s 24-year history. Increased incentives include enhancements to LED troffers, high bay/low bay fixtures, and HVAC systems.

NEW Instant Discounts for Food Service Industry

There are six new instant discounts for those in the food service industry: broilers, ovens, and cooktop discounts. Save $1,500 at the time of purchase for energy-efficient broilers or deck ovens

HVAC Incentives: Increased for all measures, excluding chillers.

Variable Frequency Drives: $40-$50 per horsepower.
Energy Recovery Ventilators: $0.70-$1 per cubic feet per minute.
Demand-Controlled Ventilation: $0.25 per cubic feet per minute reduced and $500 per rooftop unit/air handling unit.

LED Lighting Upgrades: Convert remaining lights to LEDs and benefit from increased incentives across all measures except lighting power density.
