(Madison, WI) – Every year, independent evaluators review Focus on Energy, Wisconsin’s energy efficiency and renewable energy program, to ensure it is meeting the needs of Wisconsin residents and businesses. The 2023 evaluation shows high customer satisfaction and continued cost-effectiveness.
“Focus on Energy’s mission is straightforward, empowering all of us to make smart energy decisions,” said Public Service Commission of Wisconsin Chairperson Summer Strand. “The 2023 Evaluation findings again illustrate that businesses and residents are taking that mission to heart, working together to install cost-effective energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, upgrade our infrastructure, and improve the environment. Focus on Energy’s successful partnership with Wisconsin’s utilities continues to reduce energy waste, strengthen our economy, and make progress towards a sustainable energy future for our state.”
The Cadmus Group evaluation’s key findings from 2023 include:
