Heating & Cooling Equipment

You can receive rebates and instant discounts on a variety of energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment including furnaces, boilers, smart thermostats, and water heaters. Ask your Trade Ally contractor if they work with a participating distributor and if the equipment you are choosing qualifies for a rebate or instant discount. Smart Thermostat

If your Trade Ally Contractor installed a qualified smart thermostat in your home on or before December 31, 2024, it is eligible for a $50 rebate. If you purchased a qualified smart thermostat from a retailer on or before December 31, 2024, it is eligible for a $50 rebate. Please use the 2024 rebate application. Applications must be submitted within 60 days of completed project installation, no later than January 31, 2025.

If your Trade Ally Contractor installed a smart thermostat in your home on or after January 1, 2025, your thermostat may have qualified for an instant discount that was applied to your invoice at the time of purchase. Work with your contractor regarding the instant discount.

If you purchased a qualified smart thermostat from a retailer on or after January 1, 2025, it is eligible for a $50 rebate. Apply for your rebate using the application below:
