You will sign your buyers up to receive a Welcome Kit in the month they are closing or moving in. We will send the exclusive mailing in the following month. The kit is co-branded with your business information and sent at no cost to you.

This offer is limited to:

• Property with participating Focus on Energy utilities.
• Property heated by natural gas.
• LP/propane, electric, oil, and wood heating systems are not eligible for this offer.
• Newly purchased residential property with no more than 3 units/apartments.
• Condos
• Investor-owned property.
