The pilot will educate and train individuals from disadvantaged communities for careers in the energy efficiency industry. The ultimate goal of the pilot is to to develop a roadmap which will be transferable and scalable for other organizations to create more career opportunities for disadvantaged communities and provide employers and Trade Allies with the highly skilled employees they need.
