The pilot will educate and train individuals from disadvantaged communities for careers in the energy efficiency industry. The ultimate goal of the pilot is to to develop a roadmap which will be transferable and scalable for other organizations to create more career opportunities for disadvantaged communities and provide employers and Trade Allies with the highly skilled employees they need.

Focus Force Milwaukee (FFMKE) is a collaborative career development pilot program that values the contributions of both partner employers and program participants. This pilot is a collaboration between Silver Springs Neighborhood Center and Focus on Energy, as well as partners Milwaukee Area Technical College, Transfer Jobs Milwaukee, CLEAResult, Franklin Energy, and Johnson Controls.
Key Pilot objectives include:
- Individuals securing job placement: 25.
- Employers participating in job placement: 10.
