Focus on Energy provided training to Building Performance Consultant apprentices. Apprentices were trained in 2023 on RESNET and worked alongside existing Building Performance Consultants over four to six months to gain field experience. Recruitment and training for Building Performance.
At the pilot's conclusion, it was determined the training will continue to be offered and no longer considered a Pilot. The program will add the option for new and existing BPCs to receive ENERGY STAR certification.
