Below is a comprehensive list of unique offerings available under existing Business Programs.  These offers are available to customers exclusively through participating Trade Allies who complete a separate enrollment process.  Learn more about each offer below and how to get started!

Common Area Lighting Package (CALP)

Program: Multifamily Energy Users Program (MESP)

Description: Common Area Lighting Package (CALP) is specifically geared toward lighting fixtures operating more than 12 hours per day in buildings with four or more units. Starting at a $250 co-pay, a customer’s building may receive up to $2,000 in products including any combination of reduced wattage lamps, CFL or LED fixtures, occupancy sensors, or LED exit signs.  Trade Allies are reimbursed by Focus on Energy for equipment, up to an agreed upon pricing as defined in the offering’s Trade Ally agreement.

Complementary Products and Services (CPS)

Program: Small Business Program (SBP)

Description: Complementary Products and Services (CPS) provide small business customers with opportunities to receive even further enhanced incentives for lighting and commercial refrigeration equipment plus provides exclusive access to incentives for HVAC tune-ups. The CPS incentives will typically cover 30% to 80% of the cost to the customer. Customer must work directly with a CPS Trade Ally to participate. Trade Allies are reimbursed up to an agreed upon pricing as defined in the offering’s Trade Ally agreement.

Exterior Lighting Optimization (ELO)

Program: Agriculture Schools and Government (AgSG), Business Incentive Program (BIP), Multifamily Energy Savings Program (MESP)

Description:  The Exterior Lighting Optimization (ELO) offering provides customers with efficient and cost-effective exterior LED lighting such as parking lot, fuel pump canopy or wall mounted fixtures.  Customers are only responsible for covering the material cost while Focus on Energy works directly with Trade Allies to provides incentives to cover the cost of installing the new lighting system, including labor and lift truck rental.  Trade Allies are reimbursed up to an agreed upon pricing as defined in the offering’s Trade Ally agreement.

Retrocommissioning (RCx)

Program: Agriculture Schools and Government (AgSG), Business Incentive Program (BIP)

Description: Retrocommissioning (RCx) is the process of improving the performance and energy efficiency of building systems, equipment, and operations. In this offering, Trade Allies work directly with facility managers to examine all facets of a building and data center, including the structural envelope, building controls, lighting, HVAC, equipment choices, workplace habits, maintenance schedules, and operational policies.  The offering provides two incentive payments - one for completing an audit (covers up to 75% of the audit cost) and another for implementing measures.
