13 Today's home buyers are looking for high-performance homes that save energy and money. In fact, energy efficiency has become a key buying criterion. That's one reason more and more builders are partnering with the Wisconsin ENERGY STAR® Homes Program.

Here a few more:
  • Sales and marketing tools. Participating builders receive exposure on the Focus on Energy Web site. You'll also enjoy access to promotional materials such as public relations and advertising templates, fact sheets and brochures.
  • Networking. You'll tap into a network of hundreds of building science experts who can share construction techniques, answer questions and provide training.
  • Improved customer satisfaction. Participating builders utilize materials and techniques that result in proven efficiency and performance.
  • Endorsement of your quality. Each home's performance is documented and tested by an unbiased third party. This provides added assurance to potential and current homebuyers that you are building a high-quality home.
