This hands-on event will provide general overview and introduction to building energy analysis using eQUEST. The emphasis will be on early schematic design application of whole-building energy analysis using eQUEST's Building Creation Wizards, as well as the Energy Efficiency Measures (EEM) Wizard. The EEM Wizard is designed to permit users to very quickly create and explore building design alternatives at a schematic level of detail.

Cost
The registration fee for attending each day of training is $289, which includes continental breakfast, refreshments, lunch and program materials.

Computers
Workshop participants will need to bring a laptop to the training that has the eQUEST software already installed on it. Windows 2000 or XP recommended. See the Software Download page for more information and a link to the eQUEST software.

Continuing Education Units
The Energy Center of Wisconsin is an Authorized Provider for the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and is committed to developing quality learning activities. You will receive 0.7 Continuing Education Units for attending each workshop. Members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) will receive 6 learning units for attending each day of training.
