Focus on Energy has a New Construction Program for business sector projects in eligible locations
throughout Wisconsin.
Focus on Energy can provide building owners, developers and design teams with the tools to make informed energy decisions
that will manage operating costs, address property and equipment options and improve tenant comfort and satisfaction.
The New Construction Program will provide technical project assistance, financial incentives and training opportunities
to building owners and design teams.
Eligible project types for the New Construction Program include:
- Construction of a new facility
- Construction of an addition to an existing facility
- Major renovation of an existing building (gut/rehab or change in use)

Eligibility
Eligibility is based on your electric and gas utility providers. Also, you must be an owner, operator and/or resident
of buildings with 4 or more units (condo owner associations are eligible). To determine your eligibility, use the
Eligibility Tool to determine if you are served by a participating
utility. If you are not, we encourage you to call your utility to see if they offer a similar program.
